BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND COMMITTEES
Board of Directors
The Board of Directors is comprised of seven members who are elected by a majority vote of the members during the Annual Meeting. Board members are elected for two-year terms in a staggered fashion in order to maintain continuity in the HOA's policies and programs. Four Directors positions will be up for election during years ending in odd numbers and the other three positions will be up for election during years ending in even numbers. The Directors serve without compensation.
