HOA wins Wildfire Mitgation Grant! Thanks to the efforts of Scott Holsinger and Mark and Gail Hesse, the HOA was one of a limited number of organizations to receive federal wildfire mitigation matching funds. The Survey Results Are In! In the Spring 2004 newsletter the Board of Directors sent out questionnaires to all 217 of our members in order to determine the goals and desires of the community. The response to that questionnaire was both surprising and reassuring. Contrary to the claims made by a small dissident group of homeowners, roughly two-thirds of the members who responded are either happy with the way things are being run or want stronger enforcement of the covenants. Nor do the numbers alone tell the whole story. We received so many comments on the questionnaires that we broke them up into categories and posted them all on the HOA website. Articles in the Perry Park Sentinel. The Perry Park Sentinel is a local, monthly publication delivered by mail.  The Sage Port Homeowners Association frequently submits articles to the Perry Park Sentinel.  Check the Sentinel for current news about Sage Port and the surrounding community.

Monthly HOA Meeting Move to Larkspur Town Hall. Due to ongoing construction at the Larkspur Fire Station, monthly meetings of the Sage Port HOA board of directors are now being held in a different location.  Until further notice, the Sage Port HOA board of directors will meet each month at the Larkspur Town Hall, 9524 S. Spruce Mountain Road, Larkspur, CO 80118.
